About Stacey 

"Yoga" the Union of the Mind, Body and Spirit! How amazing the combination is! Raised on the Islands of Indonesia, Ayurvedic Medicine was a traditional way of life.  Traditionally practicing, I never knew the sciences till I of course decided to embark on my own Journey of Self- Discovery.  And that is how I discovered "Soul Peace Yoga.Fitness".

 

Diagnosed with Severe S Curve Scoliosis at age 16 I was curious to understand Human Anatomy and Kinesiology. Come to find out, my Scoliosis and Chronic Pain is actually a blessing as it sparked my passion to learn Strength Training, Corrective Exercise, Pilates and Yoga.  Through my studies, I used Corrective Exercise Techniques on my own body to alleviate pain and improve my posture. I developed a passion to help others that suffer from pain.  I combine all modalities in my Training Program Design. I apply them as needed to each individual Client.​

I received my Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. This took me to another Level of Understanding for My whole self, Mind, Body, Spirit, Purpose and Potential.   Just like any exercise program it has to be specific to the individual. I practice Yoga Daily so I can be my Best Self and be the best Teacher for you.  I also practice my Dynamic Corrective Strength, Stabilization Training and Interval Training for my heart.    The Yoga incorporated into my fitness began to change my torso.  Before I started to incorporate Yoga, gravity was twisting me more into my Scoliotic Curve.  The Corrective techniques in "Ancient Yoga" combined with "Western Exercise Theories" changed my life. 

 

With the practice of Mindfulness and Meditation I started becoming more aware of who I am and how I was holding my body.  "Scoliosis, today I am in control".   I can control my muscles and keep my body strong to support my spine where it lacks through an active lifestyle and balanced exercise regimen.  And I follow this Practice with my clients.  I truly enjoy sharing the Art of Mind, Body and Spirit to help others live optimally and well.

I am a Nationally Certified Fitness Trainer with NASM with a Specialization in Corrective Exercise & Nutrition.   Yoga Teacher RYT 200 and Reformer Pilates Certified. I have been Personal Training since the year of 2000. With 22 years of Professional Experience and qualifications and a deep passion for helping others to find Peace and Strength through their Journey of Self - Discovery through MIND, BODY and SPIRIT.  I offer much more than a workout! I truly work from the bottom of my heart. I am intense.  Be ready for a Trainer, Teacher, Coach and Friend Like Me!!

I firmly believe that we are all individual and have our own significant blueprint.  We should explore as many options and modalities as possible.  Each one of my clients are individual and have personal goals and needs.  It is my responsibility to guide them safely towards their goal in which best suites their current condition, lifestyle and needs.   I truly enjoy working side by side with each Client in their Journey and being that little voice in their head when it comes to Self- Care and Self- Love.  Fitness is not only a physical state. It is having Optimal Mind, Body and Spirit.
